You can schedule walks directly through our app. It's fast and easy.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Please reach out as early as possible to secure a spot.
We try to be as flexible as possible, but we are a small business so please understand we do have to charge for some cancellations:
- 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled service.
- 50% of the scheduled visits for services canceled with less than 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled service.
- Services canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur no fees.
Yes, we offer walks every day from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
Absolutely! We can set up a consistent schedule that fits your needs.
Walk durations are customizable, typically ranging from 20 minutes to two hours, depending on your dog's needs. You book whichever length walk is suitable for your pack.
We walk in most weather conditions, but extreme weather may require rescheduling for safety. We love walking in the rain, but if you know your dogdoesn'tthen we can either reschedule for another day, or do a quick potty break and some inside playtime.
In the summer, when tempera reach 85 degrees, we limit walking time to 20 minutes as the sidewalks reach a temperature of at least 110 degrees and it is not safe for your dog. We can do longer visits, but will supplement the walk with indoor play.
Your dog will only ever be walked with dogs from your household. We do not offer group walks.
Yes, we can provide feeding and administer medications as needed during our visits.
Yes, we are fully insured and licensed, providing peace of mind for you and your pet.
We strive for consistency, assigning the same walker to your dog whenever possible.
In case of an emergency, we follow your provided instructions and contact you immediately.
Yes, we conduct a complimentary meet-and-greet to get acquainted with you and your dog before starting services.
No. The safety of your dog is our top priority. We never want to put your dog in a situation where they could be hurt or blamed for hurting others, so we stay away from meeting neighbors on our walks!
Our pricing includes the walk, basic care, and updates via our app. This includes up to 4 dogs.
Payments are made directly through our app.
We use an app powered by Time to Pet that sends you alerts when we arrive and leave, along with a map of the walk so you can see exactly where we went.
Yes, the app allows direct messaging with your assigned walker for any updates or concerns.
Absolutely! We provide photos and notes after each walk to keep you informed and connected.
